Instructions:
Just
copy 'dota2mods' folder into your Steam folder
location>steamapps>common>dota 2 beta>game. And then copy
'gameinfo.gi' inside Steam>steamapps>common>dota 2
beta>game>dota and that's it. I also included a 'gameinfo.rar' so
you can copy it as well with 'gameinfo.gi'. So you can just keep on
extracting the files in it so you don't have to keep editing or copy
pasting gameinfo.gi. So when steam validated dota 2 files again, just go
to the same folder and extract the rar and it will auto replace the
gameinfo.gi to work with mods.

How to avoid steam validating/update?
1.) Create a shortcut of your dota (exe) to desktop (\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win32\ or \Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64)
2.) Run steam.
3.) Run dota2 (exe) from the shortcut you created in your desktop.
